My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It IS cool, isn't it? Actually it is an antique. We refinished and then upholstered in a Zinc fabric. Thank you for checking out our site - and for your question. Hope an antique like this turns up for you, too!

    The rug is from the Jaipur rug company. I looked it up, and there are four other color ways of this rug available, but this particular color is no longer in their line. Thank you for your inquiry!
