My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need Help with Living Room Lacking Wall Space

I bought my first place, a condo, but I'm having a really hard time with furniture placement. I would usually put a TV against the wall across from my sofa, but believe it or not, I don't have two walls directly facing each other due to a sliding glass door, entrance to dining room, main doorway, and hallway entrance to the bedrooms.
I am also limited by where the TV cable is coming out of the wall, a upright piano (against 8'11'' wall) , and a very large but beautiful media console(against 10'6'' wall).




Any ideas to help me get my first living room together (where to put a couch, piano, TV) while still feeling airy would be great! Thank you!

    Ok, I made a plan based on your constraints. It's ok, especially if you angle the TV slightly on a stand rather than hanging it.

    However, if you just run the cable wiring to the other side of the room (relatively trivial), you can get this much cosier arrangement:
