It would be cute to add white flower boxes full of color underneath all of the windows.

Depends on your budget. I like symmetry so the fact the middle window is a too far to the right detracts from things. You may want to consider so new garage doors with windows and other details. Some flowers and landscaping coming down the side of the driveway could be quite nice too.

I'd make the window over the right garage either larger so it's centered in the space or move it over so it's centered. A garage door update might be good too. I'd recommend checking out houzz for ideas.

I suspect landscaping could be improved.
