Various lengths? Cut to size?

Hi, I would like to use this railing indoors in place of a stub wall next to the stair opening in the living room/great room. Is it possible to order in shorter sections? The length I need is 111" or maybe up to 114" and I want one wooden post in the middle, one on the end where the stairs descend. Thanks!
