Need help with with decorating.

We moved into our house 7 months ago and I'm just now tackling the decorating. The main problem for my decorating procrastination is the color on the walls. Its a neutral beige, and I know that neutral is just that and will go with pretty much anything but I love color and I'm petrified of using vibrant colors and having them clash with the walls. I'm sick to death of brown, and since this is a rental home we can't paint. Any suggestions? Help

What is on your floor? Rugs are a great way to begin your design. What specifically do you need?

The thing about beige is that it truly does fade away once you start adding pops of color and items of interest. Reds and blues harmonize well with beige and should also give you the color you crave.

There are beiges and there are beiges.....they all have a different color that they throw off. Invest in an hours time with a color consultant...most larger paint stores have these people on staff. They'll come to your house for a small fee and suggest colors that will work with your walls.
