Under Bar length for leg room?

What is the length under the bar where the stools are. (leg room).I love this bar and it may work in my kitchen..

    The total depth of the bar counter top is about 16" - but the knee space is approximately 10" under the trim (with about a 4" overhang on the counter over the trim).
