My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This isn't one of our projects, but it would certainly be supported by posts on concrete footings.

    Hi Ryan. The deck is supported by posts anchored in concrete and it has a wood framed subfloor that the decking material is attached to. Good luck!

    Depending on where you are in the world, you could use precast concrete blocks in a shallow footing. If you have the frost line to contend with, 4' footings will be required. Have fun.
