My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a custom sectional from Vanguard Furniture called the Nicholas from their American Bungalow collection.

      Their quality is fantastic, very high end. Pricing depends on the exact configuration, fabric and pillows selected. This particular sofa retails for about $9-10K, but I sell it for about half of that.

      The sofa is a custom order from Vanguard Furniture. It is the Nicholas sofa from the American Bungalow collection. The fabric we used is called Token Brownstone.
