The usual saying I if it is not broken do not fix it. The next saying is start by working on things you can do yourself and definitely not a huge cost. I would repaint the blue wall and look into having the tile replaced on the floor. The blue tile along the floor will be just enough color to give it a pop.

Pphlelps- ok. So some of the blue floor tiles were cracked so the only thing i have decided to do is replace the blue and yank out those print tiles.

Really hate the drop ceiling and stall surround...
