Installed a Viking range in my kitchen 10 years ago and would never choose Viking again. Maybe with Middleby they have improved since then but ours is always needing repair and was never great at things like baking evenly, burner ignition, etc. Hope they've gotten better since then.

Thanks for the feedback. I panicked seeing all the negative reviews of Viking overall and the lack of user response to the 7 series. I opted to go with the Bluestar RNB range top and electric French door oven (though I hear that it is super loud.)

My 3 year old Viking Series 7 french door oven began malfuntioming then quit working Appliance repairman believes it is the door control switch. a replacement part has been on order since October of 2022 Good luck ill never recommend Viking to anyone
