We use the bathroom because it is next to our TV room, but only guests use it for bathing. I'm wondering whether and how to update the tub, inexpensively. We are retirement age and expect to be here 8-20 years, depending on our health. We don't have a lot of guests, but want to make it welcoming for our children to visit (with their families if they ever have them).

what do you think about acrylic overlays such as these:Acrylic liners

or would you just draw the shower curtain and let them take peach showers?
