We recently bought this neat "Little house" near where I grew up in inner city Houston. The home is just over 900 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath sitting on a nice 5,000 sq. ft. corner lot next to a park.

Excited to renovate and bring this home back to it's former glory if not a tad bit beyond that...
