My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Your builder should also tell you about NEC 410.6 Listing Required. All luminaires and lampholders shall be listed.

    All of our fixtures are absolutely up to code for use in residential and commercial applications. The fixtures do not have groundings as they are not necessary for small lamps. This is why almost any lamp you have in your home uses a two-prong plug (no grounder).
