My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I made a tree in my daughter's bedroom

My daughter wanted a tree in her room that she could sit inside and read books, climb the branches, and also have a top sitting area. This was really difficult to figure out, and time-consuming to fabricate. But, it was worth the effort 'cause she totally loves her room now, and I learned a ton. I did my best to document the process, so I hope these pictures and notes help anyone who's considering building something like this.
