I'm sorry, we designed the architect only and did not work with the Int. designer or have manufacturer information.

Oak & broad my hubby is putting down #2 common unfinished oak floors like this and not for sure if it's white or red oak. I am very worried I'm not going to like it. what color stain should I use for either of these to make it look like the floors in this kitchen and how many coats of stain should we use

Angela Tate. you need to have your flooring finisher make several samples for you to look at and then choose from there. You will also need to use a low gloss poly finish.

Oak and broad it's red oak so what wood stain colors are going to tone the red out without having to go dark. I heard some say pickling, whatever that is. I just do not like wood that is red or has red hues in it. it just looks cheap

Have you already purchased the Red Oak? Its much easier to use White Oak to have less red or pink in it. Are you finishing the floors yourselves?
