It looks like the cleaner dissolved some of the finish. I think you need a consultation from someone who refinishes fine furniture and then perhaps a second opinion. So sorry about your situation.

CTL is correct. Lacquer tops like this should only be cleaned with a soft cloth, not even Pledge. Now the top has to be fixed by a professional. Sometimes your local furniture store can make a recommendation on craftsman that do this for the store.
