Yes, that's possible. Houzz doesn't offer a custom order process so if you want to order a 48" x 6", simply order the 36" x 12" and I will convert your order and confirm that back to you by email.

Id we need to cut size is that up to me or can you do an exact size? Just figuring out how to do the 90 degree angle with second piece?

That's why I'm verifying the measurements. We'll cut the pieces for you so that they join and look natural. Let me know if the dimensions are correct and that you do want a 3" thick piece then I will get back to you on how to order them.

Thanks. OK so 45 1/2 and 23 1/4 are the two pieces. Yes 3" thick is good.

Houzz doesn't have a custom order feature so what we do in cases like this is ask you to buy similar priced items then I confirm back to you through this message center what we are building for you. For this project simply order one 24" x 6" x 3" shelf and one 48" x 10" x 3" shelf. We will custom build your mantel with a joint in the bourbon pecan finish.
