Our Victorian home in Boston is heated and cooled with mini splits--we love the system, particularly the way rooms can be different temperatures. But neither of our bathrooms are heated since we can't have mini splits in there. We are trying to figure out how best to heat them. Baseboards seem inefficient and a hazard with two little kids. We aren't planning to do other work in the bathrooms for a few years if we can help it, so installing radiant heat flooring seems impractical, right? Has anyone had experience with radiant heating panels, like from Warmly Yours? One of the bathrooms is tiny and just got new walls courtesy of last winter, ice dams and water damage, so we were thinking to stick a panel on the ceiling. Is that crazy? The other bathroom is bigger and has wall space that we could put the panel on. Any other creative ideas?
