My orchid blooms two different colours. Why?

I have a white orchid. Sometimes when it blooms the centre is red and yellow and sometimes it is pink and green. It never does both colours in the same set of blooms; in fact, it takes it in turns to bloom one and then the other. Has anyone seen this before?
