My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love what you did with the ceilings, do you lose efficiency by not putting in insulation and a drop ceiling for upstairs and downstairs? Thanks

    We added new insulation to the framed walls (adjacent to the block exterior walls) to encapsulate the space below these ceilings. So, since we insulated the exterior walls, we did not need to insulate the ceiling above. Hope this information helps!
