What a beautiful kitchen! Can't wait to see it when its done. I like all three lanterns, which are very similar. Its hard to be sure without dimensions, but assuming they are the right size, I prefer the first picture because the arches reinforce some of the arched areas in your design. I'm not sure how much task lighting these will provide or how much you need. You might consider putting them on a dimmer.

I would go with the copper fixture-nice accent to the range hood.

I like them a bit darker -- resonates with the dark veining in your stone. Great kitchen!
