We love the look of wood tile planks. Go for it!

Agreed I like the look as well and it is very durable so if you have pets it will hold up better than hardwood

Wood Look Porcelain Tile

I do not like it installed next to real wood floor.

I hate them. I don't like simulated anything. They don't look like wood. They look like tile that's trying to look like wood but don't make it.

We have done a few main floor renovations recently and the clients have selected similar floors. They actually are a great product. We have some pictures on our Houzz page of the most recent job we did with similar floors, have a look.

The home owners say that everyone thinks it is wood at first. They have a large dog and say that the floor is extremely durable and easy to clean.

IMO wood look tile is a bad choice that limits your other flooring choices. In open concept, uniform flooring generally looks best. Wood look tile will look hideous next to hardwood or stone/traditional tile...forcing a choice of carpet (no one wants in public areas) or wood-look tile everywhere.

I like my tile to look like tile or stone.
For a wood look, I like either hardwood or LVP.
