The granite we used in this kitchen is called Milky White* (origin India) that came from Pental Granite and Marble in Seattle. The photo doesn't do this beautiful granite the justice it deserves. It is also sometimes called Ivory White.

* Please note: Sometimes other slab yards will have the same granite under a different names. A couple of other granites that I like that are very similar to the Milky White, take a look at Ivory Fantasy (origin India), Ivory Cream (origin India), and Bianco Romano (origin Brazil).

Good luck, Patty! Let me know what you finally decide on and be sure to post photos.

I am remodeling my kitchen and have contracted a custom cabinet maker. Now I have to pick granite. My cabinets will be cherry wood stained in chestnut. I have seen Ivory Fantasy and Bianco Romano and liked it. thank you!!

Any of the granite colors that I have listed above I feel would go very nicely with the cherry wood stained in chestnut cabinets.
