Really attractive house. A $1200 budget is a challenge so I recommend doing some simple things that will help the house have a neat appearance . Remove all dead plants, take out the little brick planter , and concentrate on landscaping just around the front of the house for now. If possible remove the tiny sidewalk and install a more substantial one. The porch also has somewhat of a cluttered look. Remove all the little potted plants here and go for only a few large plants and containers for impact!....... replace the small pots on each side of the steps with large pots filled with ferns.
