My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The bar and stools came from Andrew Richards Design. This question got missed, I'm so sorry for the late response!

    The teak & stainless steel Greenwich bar was purchased off the shelf from Andrew Richards Designs so we unfortunately do not have any drawings for this. Perhaps you can contact them directly for more information on the piece. Dimensions: 63"W x 30"D x 41"H. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question!
