Can't quite make it from the picture, is it hairy? Oregano has a very strong smell. Try to rub a leaf and smell it.

It has not smell.

Oregano has a pronounced herbal scent. No scent makes it very doubtful that it is oregano.

I couldn't see from the picture well enough to say a definitive no or yes but I'm leaning toward one of the weedy Amaranthus.

It looks very much like Oregano but if it has no smell when rubbed it can't be. If it has been grown indoors and artificially pushed on it may not have a strong scent.Try drying a few leaves and sniffing.

Isn't it that low creeping stuff with purple flowers? I think there is a small leaf and a big leaf variety. Can't recall the name right now. It's pretty.
