what is the name or type of tile that is on the walls and wet area? Is it natural stone?

tile is referred to as 'Silver Grey Quartzite w/ a Split Face'. it is a natural stone and is available through various locations online.

I have seen (and added a lot of photos of bathrooms to my idea book and) this one definitely is in the top few. Awesome job! Is there a glass partition between the shower area and the tub?? Would really appreciate the answer and did I say you have done an awesome job??

Thank you for the feedback! There is no wall between the shower and the tub - its an open room all sloping to a concealed slot drain along the rear stone wall. I cannot take credit for everything - American Artisans, the material suppliers and the Owners all worked very closely together on this particular home.

How was this tub installed on top of the tile so as to not let water between the tub and tile to avoid trapping the water and causing mold?

the tub is sealed/grouted to the tile floor - no water should flow/be trapped under the tub.
