Our clients contacted us to design a new floor plan for the laundry room and powder room. They wanted to separate the two spaces, keeping the laundry area away from guest using the powder room. Our new design was able to accommodate the clients wishes creating a fluid and functional layout. We moved the door for garage access to the right and added double doors to the mud room closet.
