However, I feel that you don't have enough to make a dramatic wall. Particularly that it is so tall. If you want the eye to focus just above the couch, then use the second set layout ensuring you balance your spacing between the edges of the couch and up to the return of your balcony. If you want to go higher, you need to get more and then you should remove the tall vases on your cabinet so there is no competition.

I opt for #3. Which ever grouping you choose, don't hang them too high from the back of your sofa. You don't need to fill in the entire height of the wall.
