My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a drain to this shelf?

How does the water drain, and how easy is it to maintain? Otherwise I love the idea. I dislike having to keep my sponge and plug on the countertop albeit in a "caddy"

    Given it's stainless steel there is no worrying about rust which is nice, water will not necessarily 'drain' out of this unit. We do not recommend putting soaking wet sponges into that space. Washes out and cleans easily w/ soap and water. There is now an option to add a soft close hinge as well which is very unique!

    We put something like this in our bathroom (made of plastic) and LOVE it. They do need to be wiped out regularly, but it's easy enough to do!
