How tall are the upper cabinets along the perimeter wall?

The ceiling is 9 ft tall the crown molding application is 6-1/2" Tall. The standard floor to counter height is 36". So if we do some math that would make the cabinets above the counter about 65-1/5" tall including the drawer. I hope that helps.
