Address this ASAP with the builder.

This is very unsafe.

In situations like this we would reduce the pitch and make a step down onto the driveway. In your case they made a slope instead of a step which is not so good if you live in the region with snow during winter months. Other than that as long as the water is diverted from the house, there is nothing wrong with it.

Another alternative would be is to do the curb along the driveway that will raise you grade somewhat or do a retaining wall with some landscaping to eliminate that slope and have a smooth, that would would look much better, but that would be an additional cost.
