The right way to hang these baskets would be with metal masonry anchors. You use a drill with a masonry bit to drill holes and insert the anchors into the brick, and a matching size screw or hook to fasten the basket to the wall. Personally I would use hooks because that way you can remove the baskets and remount them easily. As to the baskets themselves, they look like something from an office supply store, like Staples or Target.
