Peach tree suggestion?

I have a peach tree in my yard, that I bought at local nursery 9 years ago, and I love it. I do not know it's name(didn't pay attention back then), only know it is semi-dwarf, freestone, yellow flesh, self-pollinated peach. And also, NOT resistant to bacterial spot. Looking at it's age I think I need to plant a new one near by, but this time I want to do some research first - I want it to be bacterial spot resistant with other properties similar to what I have:

Hardy for zone 5

Resistant to bacterial spot

Free stone

Yellow flesh

Good ratio of sweetness and acidity(not plain sweet)

Semi-dwarf or dwarf.

Self-pollinated

Preferably ready at the end of August

Does such tree even exists?)

Please share, if you have one in mind!
