My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Circle Sawn Pine/Fir flooring. Likely reclaimed.

    We used a mix of 4",6" & 8" Roughsawn Circle Sawn Fir. We burnt the individual boards and stained them two different colors before installation. This created a "reclaimed" look, but was a much tighter and smoother floor then an actual reclaimed product.
