What the total square feet with the basement finished? What development are currently building in?

    The 1st & 2nd floors total 2,462 sqft. The basement would add about another 900 sqft depending on how it is finished. So the total could be around 3,400 sqft.

    We still have lots in Chaska. We have access to a few lots in Victoria. Our current model is in Savage's Trace Water neighborhood. Model address is 5807 Edgewater Drive, Savage. Model is open 1-5pm Thu-Sun
