My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Facing west, the sun must be intense. Do the windows have a film on them?

    This photo is looking NE. The house's West facing windows do have a different coating designed to minimize solar heat gain, as well as roller shades, and the windows at the South courtyard are shaded by a calculated overhang. Most of the glazing is triple pane to minimize heat loss as well. Thanks for inquiring.
