When choosing garage doors, I tend to take a look at the aesthetic of the entire elevation. I your case I think you might want to lighten up the garage door a little. You can do this by installing a door with glass windows (lites) in the upper panel. This does two things, it lightens the aesthetics of the garage door and ties the garage door to the front door that has side lites.. You might also want to select a light fixture that is a touch more contemporary.

I think the craftsman style option (the first) is for a traditional home and is completely wrong and will just confuse the look of your house. You need to go with something modern or contemporary, as shown in your second option. Be consistent and embrace the modern style of your home. As mentioned by others, you might want to consider replacing the lighting as well. It's too small for me to tell.
