My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nice looking! What did you do about the need for fire separation?

    The entire chase is lined with 5/8" rock. The door seen here (located in the garage) is a fire rated door and the door upstairs has a 20 minute rating. The motor is located below the unit and also has separation. There really is no place for fire to get into this chase because of it's design.
