What to do with this long hallway?
This is te entrance of my small apartment its 90cm wide and 5.5 meters long. Its boring and empty and small and very wide. What can I do to give some live into the entrance of my house?

10 years agoMy hall is 66 feet long! First, the hall doesn't need to be bright. No one is reading. Hang small, detailed art meant to be viewed up close. A big cluster of your favorite friends/family photos in assorted thrift-store frames painted bright colors, or all black, hung so they practically overlap. Picture lights sound like a good idea, but don't put anything protruding in such a narrow hall.
There are some hip and naughty twists to classic toile wallpapers available. These would be fun on the walls of a hall!
A nice oriental rug would warm it up, but make sure you can see 4-6" of floor on either side.
