My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The screening is conventional screening material carefully stapled/fastened to the support framing. In the photograph, the support framing is white. The small black columns you see do not actually touch the screening. One more point. The contractor found great benefit in prepainting all of the white members before installation and then touching up afterwards. The biggest screen panel is 11-6 x 4-6.
