This is an existing fireplace that was refaced and updated with a gas burner. It has masonry chimney and flue that was made to burn wood.

Thank you. We have the same scenario. A wood burning fireplace that we are converting to gas. It is open into the kitchen and living room so trying to find the right look, working with a b-vent.. not easy :)
