What is the flooring like in the rest of the house?

It is going to be all the same flooring. the Grey is through the whole house.

Thanks, that was my thought as well. the flooring girl suggested the Grey tone.

My question would be, "What is your third colour?" In design, there are often 3 colours that are put together to get a "look". So far you have "white" and "gray" (monochromatic colour scheme). That leaves the 3rd colour TBD (to be determined). If you have an accent colour, you might want to get the floors to work with that colour.

The dark brown will look very handsome...so long as you have something else that will help it coordinate with your home.

There are apps you can download ( some free) where you can upload a photo and then "paint" areas with color. Experiment and see what the 3rd color should be. Go with the brown floor. Tile backsplash, maybe glass?

I like the brown floors. Your choices so far are lovely and I think the warmth of the brown will help to enhance the cabinets. I feel the grey would make the space feel too cold.

Gray, but I wouldn't introduce more pattern here with the wood grain. You need something very neutral with little to no pattern due to the countertops. I'd go deep warm gray/greige, or charcoal (I even like the bronze-ish color swatch below).

Two very different looks and moods. Personally I love the brown wood, it will add so much warmth and highlight your gorgeous granite!

But if you like a soothing, monotone style, and modern, then the gray is the way to go.

Thanks everyone. Cancork floor Inc. I love pops of yellow but this house is for my parents that my husband and I bought right across the street from us. Found out my dad has cancer and my mother has lots of health problems as well. The house was in really bad shape and had to be completely gutted. So my point is I have no idea on what they will use for their colors. I will have to post lots of pictures! I'm pretty proud of myself since this is my first flip and my parents love it. It was truly all of God's doings since it came on the market right when I found out my dad had cancer! Now I just need my sanity to finish!!!!!
