Thanks for your inquiry. Most of the Lower Level has ceramic tiles in a wood look with in-floor heating. The tile is called Florim/Forest/Liana 6x36 Item #5615 from Rubble Tile in Minneapolis. The TV area has carpet for softer comfort.

Can you tell me more about the bartop? It looks like there is an edge on it to prevent spills. Is it wood? What is that type of edge called? Thank you!

Yes, is it a custom wood top with an edge. It was provided by the cabinet maker.
