First post, first real attempt at herbs.

I ordered seeds for Chamomile, Lavender, Echenacea, Calendula, and Feverfew. I plan to harvest for tea through the year. I have scoured the net but have not been able to find answers to this qiestion:

Approximately how much (quantity in terms of cups of tea, or daily supply, or whatever you might know) can be harvested from a single plant of the above (or any other if you know) herbs?

If anyone has any info they could share I'd appreciate it. Even if it's vague, "a 4x4 raised bed gave me chamomile tea all year". I just want to plan ahead and plant enough.
