Two sconces on wall. Many difference styles, some are very arty and stand in for other artwork. These would warm up your wall and lift the eye up. Sconces that shine upwards draw the eye further up and make the walls height less imposing. Their placement requires symmetry and alignment with furniture below. You could add coordinating gooseneck pendents to the other wall.

I would suggest a longer console and a bigger TV. Art on the wall. Take out the tables and tall décor.

sdidea, you definitely don't want to fill up the 19 feet. That's too much. Maximum height should be the bottom of the railings. Otherwise the vision gets pulled up into the empty space and it looks a bit hollow.

Replace the fan with a chandelier. Leave the walls above 8ft. unadorned.
