Good for you for wanting to decorate around this lovely vintage tile. I think goingt with an off-white for the walls & everything in the room that is painted now will give you the look you want.

If you do not want to take the glass door out, just make sure the area where the doors meet the tub are kept spotless. I removed my glass doors as it was so hard to clean the tub with them there.

I would also paint the vanity white, change out the lights above the medicine chest & buy a narrow chrome medicine chest to recess between the studs in the wall. This will appear to give you more space in the room. If deciding to remove the glass tub doors, go with a pristine white shower curtain & use all white linens.

You will get suggestions to go with a gray paint with your pink & maroon tile, however this will not give you the clean modern look you need. Install netty white sheers on tiny tension rods at the top & bottom of the window. Make them very full.
