My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I just pruned my dormant El Bumpo and Honeyheart cherimoya trees and have 2 scions that I want to give away to those grafting enthusiasts. They've been sealed and stored today, so their fresh. I live in Santa Ana, CA. PM me to get more info.
