There is no fan or hood over the stove. It is a good idea to have one, however it is not required by this state building code. In this home, because of the minimal use, the tile going all the way up to to the marble shelf, the clearances to the adjacent cabinets & the high quality paint finishes we all, including the owner, decided not to install one. These are decisions I review on a case by case basis with my clients. It might not be a good fit for you, or for most, but once in awhile it is the right choice. By the way this is a 24" wide stove, everything in this historic structure was selected carefully so we could make the most of this petite space.

I love your attention to scale in an older home. This is so important and so overlooked by many! Lovely room! May i ask where you found a 27" wide fridge? And it looks taller than some. Thanks!

The fridge is by Sub-zero, and it is 80 inches tall. This fridge was part of the 700 integrated series which is no longer in production. The last ones were made in 2015, if you contact a dealer they may know of a few that may still be available.
