newbie question

This is my first quilt - disappearing nine patch. I finished my blocks and started the squaring up process. Two were really off and the lady at the quilt shop said I should redo them, so I did.

After measuring them over and over, I still have one (at least) that's 3/8" off. That would make blocks that should be 14" square, 13 1/2" instead after squaring up.

I have plenty of blocks already cut to remake the one or two more that are off, but I haven't decided whether to or not. Where do you draw the line? How much wiggle room is there?
